Chris Maddix was amazing! I am a returning Herrnstein customer. I traded in a Jeep Wrangler I bought here a couple years ago and they worked with me so well. I walked in there not sure of what I wanted as I loved the Jeep but needed something I could drive for work (long distances) and I bet he walked 5 miles around the car lot with me, and made 10 trips in and out getting keys for me or talking to his Financial officer. I was all over the place with different Kia models and not sure what to do. I originally went to look at the Sorento Hybrid but just was not in love like I thought I should be. He showed me “a car” the Stinger GT- when I told him I wanted AWD and the color I had my heart set on and I shot him down. Needless to say- after they convinced me to test drive it I drove away in the best car on the whole lot! Never once did I feel pressured to leave with a car, or like he was becoming impatient. He was there late closing the deal for me. I have his contact information also and he’s been open to me reaching out with all of my questions! I will be a continued customer and hope to see Chris in the future! He is a true asset and I felt comfortable trusting him with this process.

I went in with little to no expectations but I was surprised by how smooth the entire experience was. I had a vehicle for trade in and they gave me more than I thought I would get for it, saving me countless days of meeting with individuals and arguing a fair price. Also, I had Ryan helping me for the most part and he was great! I would recommend anyone who is capable of buying or financing a car to go check them out, they're good people.

Brody was very helpful and easy to work with. We would buy from here again! Everyone we talked to was friendly and We loved the NO Pressure atmosphere!
