Technically the food was great, we ordered fried pickles as an appetizer. Several of the pickles were fried in clusters which made the inside a little raw. However, the service we ranked 5 because without hesitation they took them and brought a new hot Platter. I love their fries!!! I always ask for extra crispy and they always bring out the best crispy fries. It was packed the night we went but we didn't have to wait. We witnessed the servers doubling up on clearing seating areas. Highly recommend this location.

Our server was great. He did a great job explaining the specials and was on top of the drink refills and checking back to see if we needed anything. The food is over-priced a bit in my opinion. The restaurant itself was fairly clean.

My family went after church a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately at that time, their computers were having issues, so they couldn't serve anything other than water. We didn't stay as we were wanting food more than watching the games on all the TVs that surrounded the room...but many people did.
We went back the following week. They were very busy. The waitress was very attentative even with how busy they were. The food was very good. I had the chicken wrap with the Asian Zing sauce... yummy.
My only complaint was that it was very loud. I had to wear my headphones the whole entire time I was there. It wasn't so much the noise from people talking as a lot of people left after several of the football games ended that they were broadcasting. It was more of the volume of the music being played. In order to hear the person next to you, you had to almost shout to be heard. Trying to hear the person across from you was extremely hard. Forget trying to hear what the person down at the end of the table was trying to say unless you can read lips. Everyone at our table complained about not being able to hear each other. Even after most of the people left, the volume was still up. Some might think, "if you take the headphones off, you can hear better". Not true. The headphones help lessen the ambient noise so that I can hear those at my table. I guess if you're hard of hearing, you would really enjoy this venue. I'm not sure if it's like that all the time, but it sure was on a game day Sunday.
Overall, the service and food was great. 5 stars. The noise levels... not so much. 2 stars.
