Always skilled, positive and well equipped, Christine Garrity Pt, Dpt.NCS was able to explain the inner ear workings so I could understand what was happening to me and what I needed to do to get better. . She is a task master and helped me do a variety of exercises and skills in order to improve my balance and conquer my vertigo. I thank her and Katelyn Cox who discovered my problem and how to fix it. I keep doing the exercises that Christine taught me and I am grateful to her for making my life better and helping fix a part of me that was broken.
Christina has been a saving grace. I have been dealing with issues off and on for over 2 years from my concussion, and I was in need of “fine tuning” due to the return of visual and vestibular deficits. Not only did Christina clearly identify the issues, but she challenged me during sessions and reassured me, encouraged me, checked up on me, and provided me with a doable home program when not in her clinic. I feel so much better, have an even greater awareness of my “weak spots,” know how to manage my home maintenance program in relation to “living life”, and am so thankful for her 1:1, personable, private clinic approach. Concussion rehab is very specialized and she is one of a kind!
So happy my son recommended Labyrinth to me for vertigo. Christina is Amazing! She is very professional and has a sincere heart for helping people.
WOW! Dr. Christina Garrity is amazing! She could fit me in pretty much any time of day and usually at a moment's notice! She's kind, wise, and professional. She goes above and beyond. She reached out to me often to make sure I was doing ok. I highly recommend her!
My vertigo started out of nowhere in Oct 2022. I would wake up at night and the room would be spinning for what felt like 2 minutes. I'd roll over on the couch and stand up and I'd fall back down. I'd bend over in the kitchen to get a pan out of the cabinet and I'd fall over. It was a terrible, miserable time. I'm a 50 year young female and we're not sure why or how my dizziness started. I was healthy as can be. The last thing I did before the vertigo set in was that I was bending over in all sorts of strange positions to clean a full bathroom thoroughly and the strong cleaning smell was in the confined space. A friend of a friend suggested Dr. Garrity. She performed the Epley Maneuver to get my ear crystals back in place. She had lots of vestibular PT for me to do in her office and at home. My BPPV gets fixed every time she does the Epley Mareuver. Five months later, I still get dizzy now and then, and every time I reach out to her and she works her magic and I feel better. Recently I had a very turbulent flight from OH to AZ which is what I suspect triggered my BPPV to return. She got me in right away and got my crystals back where they should be. Sounds like occasional BPPV and being dizzy might be my new normal, so I'm glad to have Dr. Garrity in town. Thank you!!!
Great and upbeat . She makes the therapy sessions fun while at the same time she makes you work. Definitely I would recommend her to any patients having vestibular problems. AJB MD
