Absolute AMAZING experience at Laria Chevrolet, helping my son purchase his first vehicle. We drove an 1.5 hrs to get to dealership, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Most positive experience I've ever had in vehicle purchase.
Adam Webb was our Sales Professional and he did an outstanding job taking care of our family. Normally, I'm used to haggling and doing a ton of discernment / guess work on judging the integrity of a dealership. As a minister, this is normally a very disheartening and frustrating experience- but Adam (and everyone else at Laria) made this a simply amazing purchase. There was complete transparency and very clear communication. Adam was thoroughly knowledgeable on the vehicle, it's history, maintenance and care. Adam really approached the sale from OUR point of view- and made the sale seamless, efficient and (best of all) SIMPLE.
Kara Lee, in finance, was quite amazing too- and was efficient and extremely professional. They arranged for my son to be a co-signer on the loan, and while I understood what a good thing that was, Kara Lee explained to him the (very) positive impact that would have on his credit score. She really took the time to help him understand the process- with zero pressure and (again) a focused care to put our perspective in the priority.
All around- amazing experience. I saw the same level of care being provided in their service department, as another customer received some very bad news on a repair. The service personelle was very kind, was explaining the exact nature of the problem and actually taking the customers back to SHOW THEM the broken part and to explain the labor, replacement parts, and available loaner car.
I felt compelled to write in this review, which isn't my norm, but we had such a good experience. It was like buying a car from a friend, and we will definitely be back to see Adam about future vehicles.

From start to finish, the whole crew was great! This may be the most I've enjoyed a car shopping experience. Zane was very helpful and got me in the car I wanted. He called me while I was on my way to see a car a saw advertised, talked about what I was looking for and they actually washed it for my test drive. When we came to pick it up he sat with me in my new Equinox and helped me set everything up after having it cleaned again and filled up. Above and beyond!

I came to Laria Chevy in Ritman to sell my cousin's 2019 Ram 2500 4WD pickup truck as part of an estate sale as I am the executor of his estate. From the first phone call to salesman Casey Berenyl and dealing with him in person I knew I was at the right place. He put me at ease and handled everything professionally at the same time making me feel welcome and comfortable. Sales manager Matthew Koehl had the final say and quoted me a very fair and acceptable price. They did not pressure me into taking that price but let me shop around. After shopping around 3 other major dealerships in Medina, Brunswick and Cleveland I came back to Laria which was more than happy to close the deal. Laria Chevrolet -Buick is a family run business that I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed here. Whether buying or selling this is the dealership I would definitely choose.

Seamless experience from the initial conversations to the delivery of the vehicle. Leon was our salesman, he was always available for questions and gave us updates on our order status often. He was also friendly and knowledgeable. It took about 1.5 months for us to receive our Bolt EUV, which is way faster that we all imagined! Complete transparency, honored MSRP and supplier discounts.
