Lochard HVAC, Plumbing and Service

We have used Lochard for years and they never disappoint. Recently Jeff came in around 10pm for a plumbing issue that couldn’t wait until morning. He was absolutely professional and made sure everything was done correctly even though it was late.

I am very happy with Lochard's service. I was given a quick appointment when I called, and the technician (Joe) was very prompt. He diagnosed a noise in my furnace that has been bothering me for 2 years, that other companies have failed to identify. He repaired it, did an exhaustive exam of my furnace, diagnosed another potential problem and explained my options (repair or replace) in dealing with that, and suggested a safety measure to take on my own. He was not at all pushy, was very polite about answering my questions without talking down to me, and in every way went above and beyond what I had expected. I will definitely have him do the repair, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. My furnace is old, and I called Lochard because they sell Bryant furnaces and I was fearing a replacement would be necessary. When the time comes for replacement, they're at the top of my list.

This company is top notch!! They explained all the work that needed to be done and explained different routes to fix the problems. The went through my furnace to check out everything and to make sure there were no other troubles. I will definitely be a repeat customer for all my cooling and heating needs. Thanks again

Furnace maintenance inspection - Kyle conducted a thorough inspection. He provided information regarding a capacitor, and answered all of my questions. He did a great job! I requested a quote to install a gas-line for a kitchen stove (future project). He said he would have Doug reach out to me.

Great quality service!! The service technician provided excellent service. He was very professional and informative about my system. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. It seems like getting a company to respond in a timely manner is almost impossible now days, I was very thankful for that.
