I just would like to leave a review about this location. The customer service has improved 100%. Mr Fayah The manager is always so kind when I come to this branch. This is the only full-service bank on the west side of Dayton except credit unions. This branch has been marked as an economic opportunity in revival zone by the administrator. Thanks for your help with this Wright Dunbar historical district.

This Chase Bank branch is the only full service bank branch on the West Side of Dayton with no other banks for miles on the West Side. The branch provides good service under the helm of a polite and helpful bank manager Mr. Fayah along with other helpful employees. Branch has easy and accessible drive through ATM on the opposite side of the intersection and also has ample parking space for customers. Chase through this branch helps support revival of Dayton West Side and the Wright Dunbar historical district that has been marked as an economic opportunity and revival zone.

This branch saved my day! Easy to park right behind the building or on the on 3rd. Street out front. I appreciate my bank having a full service branch in the Wright Dunbar area of town. The building is old school architecture with that classic lobby feel. I love that. It's like a quick walk back in history, being in the same spot where Orville, Wilbur and Paul L Dunbar once walked. Awesome and historic branch in the historic Wright Dunbar district of Dayton. This branch used to be where aviation history was financed and took off when the Wright brothers used this branch to do their banking and help take their aviation research forward. Wilbur and Orville used to be customers here in this bank building for their cycling, printing and later aviation work. It used to be Winters Bank then - see Orville's check written from his account located at this branch building. Now it is JP Morgan Chase after Chase acquired Bank One. Thank you Chase for supporting the historic neighborhood of Wright Dunbar and having a presence in this Urban Renewal Area.
