I had a really wonderful buying experience with Dimitri at Mamone Auto. This was my first time searching for and purchasing a vehicle, and I was very hesitant and on guard going into this process. I had several not great interactions/experiences at other dealerships and was beginning to get pretty exhausted by the time I found my current car online and contacted Mamone Auto. Dimitri was very transparent, polite, friendly, and accommodating throughout all the interactions I had with him.
He was perfectly willing to send the Carfax of the vehicle to me before I went to see the car in person and went the extra length to make sure the car was in great shape before handing it off to me. Mamone Auto gave me a great first time buyer experience and exactly the vehicle I wanted at an incredibly fair price. I called up beforehand to ask about the vehicle because I was coming from the Cincinnati area, and they told me that it was in good condition and mentioned that the AC wasn't working right so they were going to fix it the next day. When we went to look at the vehicle they had already fixed the problem and let me know what else they had replaced. They were very honest and I appreciated that they took the time to check out what was wrong with the vehicle and fix it rather than leaving it for me to do. We worked with Dimitri and he took the time to discuss the mechanics and details, as well as worked with me to make sure I got a warranty on the vehicle and still stayed within my budget. I was really blown away by his honesty and sincere understanding for what I was looking for. I'm almost two hours away and will still be keeping their card for future reference. Excellent experience.
