The service you receive afterwards is outstanding!!! I recently purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 classic didn't notice the tires were bad until a month plus later. They totally took care of me with 4 brand new high quality tires !!! What a dealership!!!

This review is long overdue. I want to thank Chane Porter, Gary Green and especially Drew Beman. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Mark Porter Ford and both times I was treated with the utmost respect. The numbers I was quoted were the same when I arrived to sign the papers. I need to mention that I traveled from the Toledo, OH area. I can't speak for others but I will continue to drive down to purchase future vehicles. My 19yo daughter traveling from Tennessee had a blowout on a two lane rural road. The nearest place to her was Mark Porter Ford & I live 2 hours away. I called and spoke with Jeremy or Jacob, and he sent someone to help her and got her to their dealership where she was safe till we could figure this out. They restored my faith in car sales. They helped get some of the pre-work for trade values done over the phone because I am a busy working momma of two little wild kiddos. We were a bit indecisive and they weren't pushy tying to force a decision like most dealerships do.
