Market and Main Apartments

Market & Main is wonderful! The location is close to shops and very walkable. The best part of living here is the management and staff -- everyone is so helpful and kind. Ben goes above and beyond to help with maintenance and keeps the whole building feeling brand new. I highly recommend Market & Main.

From going on the initial tour of the building to moving in, Market and Main has been a great experience. The management team has been fantastic - very helpful in every respect. Ariana and Ben have gone above and beyond to make my transition smooth. The facilities are beautiful, well maintained and conveniently located to the heart of New Albany.

We have had a wonderful experience living at Market & Main. The location is perfect, and the management team is fantastic. A special shout out to Julia who has amazing communication skills and is always there when you need her, and to “Mr Fix It” Ben who can repair just about everything. The apartments are spacious, updated, and have a lot of natural light with tall ceilings. The common areas are clean and well cared for.
Parking is a bit of an issue if you have a vehicle any larger than a compact car (garages were built WAY too small) and the walls are a bit thin so we can hear just about everything our neighbors are up to. But overall our stay has been really nice.

I think the quality of the apartment complex is phenomenal and such an elevated living style. The maintenance requests are always in a timely manner, but I do wish they would send out email blasts when multiple apartments have the same issue so we can be aware and not worry as much. The employees really care about the residents and it shows! Super thick walls so noise is ever an issue. Absolutely love this property.

I have absolutely LOVED living at Market & Main, and I couldn’t ask for a better apartment complex. The facilities are pristine, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the walls are thick—I rarely, if ever, hear noise from anyone around me. My unit is beautiful with lots of natural light, and all of the appliances are modern and work perfectly. The single time I’ve needed help from maintenance, Ben came within the hour and fixed the problem immediately. The property is also extremely dog friendly. My pup loves to visit Ben, Julia, and Holly everyday and they treat him like gold. 10/10 recommend living here.
