Very helpful !!! They had the part and put it on very quickly. I was rolling once again. I did not have to cancel my pickup or reschedule. Plus all this was on a Sunday...yes a Sunday. Thank you so much Jim. Hands down the best Kenworth I've been too.

I was in need of a new bumper that could aid in protecting my truck.

Brian at MHC Kenworth in Chillicothe was able to get me taken care of. After ordering the Herd Bumper and getting it shipped to MHC Brian was able to get me on the schedule for the installation between my loads. The day I arrived the shop crew was busy, the yard was packed, and everyone was swamped but that did not stop them.

With in a few hours I was on the road going for the next load. I highly recommend contacting MHC in Chillicothe for any needs you have. I know I will!

My “go to” service center when I’m in the area. I’ve been here several times and have been in and out of the bay with ease. Had a starter put in one hour before closing and the night crew got it done ASAP. Second time I had my AC serviced, one hour and I was done. Comfortable drivers room, clean restrooms and great staff on all shifts.
