MVCR&S is one of those rare companies that sets - and achieves - a platinum (yes, above gold) standard for residential service. I’ve experienced them twice, on a chimney repair and subsequent minor service call. They appear when promised, call ahead, perform excellent quality work, are friendly, courteous, have professional admin procedures, and aren’t annoying with payment processes. All while being competitively priced. 2 of my neighbors report similar experiences. Rated Five stars only because more stars are not possible.

Had our fireplace serviced a few months ago. Mid-Valley Chimney has incredible customer service and technicians that will get the job done right. They helped us replace the insert with incredible support. Highly recommend.

From the first call to the office, I received a very friendly and courteous greeting. She explained the service that would be done and cost. This was not an emergency and yet I was scheduled in less than a week. Colton called before arriving, very clean and maintained that cleanliness around my house. Cleaned our gas fireplace and got it running again. They even recommended which batteries to use for better performance. They were quick to respond, came over in 2 working days, and was able to fix it that day. Both men were courteous and went above and beyond not to track dirt on the floors by covering their shoes and laying down covers. Thank you for keeping us warm!

I also had them order and place a custom copper outside mount chimney cap on top of my chimney, once the restoration was complete. It looks great!
