    Purchased 2 E-bikes from Levi and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Let us test ride different models until we came to a decision. Just be known that its cash or check. No CC taken. I would recommend them to anyone.

    After a lot of research, my wife and I decided to buy e-bikes! We found that Mt. Hope Bicycle sold the brand we wanted and we went there to try the different models out! We ended up buying two bikes and the owner added some accessories we thought we would like! We were treated with respect and incredible friendliness! It was a major investment but we trusted what we were told ! We have since highly recommended Mt Hope Bicycle to other interested buyers! They all have said the same thing about the business! It is a world class business and the owner and staff will help you far beyond what your expectations may be! I had a tire problem that was immediately taken care of with a new replacement with no questions asked! Honest, reliable, responsive, excellent customer service, dependable, that is what Mt. Hope Bicycle is all about! Aperfect business to do business with!

    Great place very nice ppl have been around for years. Just bring cash or check no credit cards. I forgot and have to send them a check for the remainder of my bill.
