Murphy's Autocare

My technician was a very nice gentleman, Eric!! From the time I walked into the Beavercreek shop, I really felt "taken care of" from prompt and courteous service to even having Eric asking if I would like a cup of coffee!! That was impressive, I've never had any auto shop offer me hospitality!!
Eric was extremely polite, courteous and OMG, might as well call him an auto professor as his knowledge of the automobile was most impressive! He made sure that I understood all that he explained and let me know that all the information that he relayed would be sent via email { which I really needed :) }!!
This shop was so clean and the restroom was immaculate { trust me, some of the restrooms in auto shops are HORRIBLE }!!
I really like that Murphy's treats your car like a patient/doctor visit!!
So anyone reading this, trust Murphy's, you can't go wrong!!

My typical experience with car repair shops is I will drop it off, then the mechanic will call me, rattle off several things that may or may not actually need fixed that I can hardly understand or process, then give me a quote that sounds outrageous. The Murphy's process is much more streamlined, where they send you a link to a webpage listing thorough details of their complete inspection of the car, specifying what needs fixed immediately, what may need to be checked at a later time, and what's perfectly fine with your car. For my repair, they explained clearly why they had to do what they did, the price was fair, and it was done quickly and efficiently. Overall, their professionalism was greatly appreciated!

I'm very pleased with the service I received at Murhpy's Autocare. Eric, Ryan, and Chris are very professional and friendly to work with. I was alerted to additional maintenance/repair considerations without being pressured at all. Then the mechanic Chris told me upon paying for a repair that I had saved a considerable amount of money off their original quote because the repair didn't end up requiring all the parts he originally thought it might. That is honest car work that I greatly appreciate. The team of Eric, Ryan, and Chris worked with me in a very satisfactory manner to get my car needs taken care of at a very reasonable price. We had a very used vehicle inspected to determine if it would be cost effective to repair or retire a vehicle. The inspection was very thorough, honest, and timely! Couldn’t be happier with the service we received! May not have been the outcome we wanted, but the honesty was much appreciated at a decent price. We will continue to do service with Murphy’s Auto!
