Once I had to make an appointment, it only took a few days to get in and have my root canal. I did not have to wait a one or two months but just a few days. And while there, everyone was polite and professional; and the procedure only took a couple of hours. Thus, if I ever need a root canal again (and I hope I don't), I would be more than pleased to return and let Northeast Endodontic Specialist do the work again.

You won't feel a thing beyond the numbing procedure. If you a scared to get your oral work done, I would definitely choose this place! They are awesome! With that being said, I hate the dentist and hope that I can keep my teeth in good health from here on out, so that I never have to come here again! 😁

I highly recommend Dr. Balzer and his team for any services you may need. I needed a root canal and everything was pain free from start to finish! The office staff that handled my appointment were friendly and knowledgeable, I was scheduled in very quickly. They provided payment information in advance, as well as providing email and text message information regarding my appointment details. The dental assistant was very friendly and thorough, explaining everything as we went. She and the doctor are a great team, performing everything needed very quickly. I experienced ZERO pain during my procedure (which only took about an hour for a molar!) and no pain afterward either! They provided clear information for aftercare, including pain management information. I also received a message the day after to check in and see how I was doing! I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience, it was so much better than what I had heard from others going into it!

I had the best possible experience for a root canal that you can have. The doctor went over everything thoroughly to make sure I knew exactly what was going on. He encouraged questions and even walked me through the process while he was performing it. The assistant and front desk person were extremely friendly, helpful, and all around very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for any procedure, but especially a root canal! Thank you for the wonderful, painless experience!
