Haley took care of my problem in 1 minute flat, and had no problem refunding my money for parts I didn't need, I give her 5 stars for her great customer service.

Lost driver's wiper. They helped me out, especially when 1st wiper didn't work. They upgraded the wiper and put it on for me in a minimum of time and got me back on road just in time for storms!

Today 7/23/22 Haley and Jared at the S.Limestone location went above and beyond. I went for a battery check at the E. Main location and was told it was possibly the alternator, but I should get it checked elsewhere because they didn’t have the proper equipment. I went to S. Limestone and Haley confirmed it was my battery. She said my battery was in stock at the E. Main location. I went back to E.Main, purchased the battery and was told they were unable to perform the free installation because they had back/health issues. I called S.Limestone and Jared answered very professionally and pleasant letting me know I was able to come in and get it installed…..Sorry so lengthy but they definitely were great and made my day a lot less stressful.

Staff at the service counter was able to help me find the correct oil filter for my car but I was surprised I had to wait in line just to get that assistance. What seems like not that long ago, there were books with part numbers to reference in the aisles or interactive databases to help you find what parts you were looking for. Again, staff service very friendly and helpful and I was able to get checked out promptly.
