Every individual in the office is knowledgeable and confident of procedures. Dr Silverstein goes above and beyond with his knowledge, kindness, hospitality. Not only does he have his practice at Ohio Valley Periodontics and Implants; he is a lecturer; he is a professor/teacher at UC Dental Center. He believes in his profession and high standards and ensures this legacy by establishing a new group of well trained professionals to follow in his footsteps. He gave me my smile back and boosted my confidence. And for this, I will always be grateful. Dr Silverstein and his team are 5/5 stars every day, all day.

Everyone at this office is super compassionate and friendly. I walked in the front door with a dental emergency and the receptionist quickly escorted me to the treatment plan coordinator (Marty) office. With tears rolling down my face, Marty calmed me down and had a solution to my problem within minutes. She had a few things to sort out so took my number and promised (I didn’t believe her) to called me with a plan. Marty called me within an hour with a next day appointment and total reassurance that everything was going to be ok. I went for the appointment and everyone I mean everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the lab technician, and most importantly the treatment coordinator were all very kind and compassionate to me. The dentist is my LEAST favorite place in the world and it gives me very much anxiety just thinking about walking in the door, but with that kind of staff it makes me not so fearful after all. Either these people really know how to fake it, or they really love what they do!! Thank you for being flexible and understanding during my oral crisis, you’re the best!!
