Customer service is great here, food came out fast and hot. My burger was delicious and had plenty of toppings with it, my sister's chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly also. We will definitely be back for more, thanks so much for your hard work and help.

I have been to about a dozen of these and this one probably ranks in the top 3. Food was good and came out fast. There was plenty of staff in the store, everything seemed clean. The restroom could use minor attention. They have a large seating area inside and a covered outdoor area.

Oh my goodness! We had these in Tampa, Florida but I never went even though I was told it's a must. So now that I moved back home to Newcomerstown (33 years born and raised here) after being in Florida for 30 years, I finally went with my daughter who also moved back as well. I could not believe the prices and wide selection of name brand and unique items. Very friendly staff and well organized store. We were there 2 times this week and will be returning at least weekly!

You can find some really great deals at Ollie's. Not on absolutely everything though, you've got to be smart, there's a few things that I've seen priced higher than what they retail for at other stores. Overall if you like bargain shopping this is a great place to do it.
