The best part about Omni is the owner Jordan. He is dedicated to customer service and we noticed as soon as we stepped in his store, how valued his customers are. He was patient with my million questions, offered tips and expert advice, and I didn't feel rushed or as though I was being told misguided information. You can really tell that he loves animals and his job is to ensure his clients have the tools to do the same.
