Highly recommend! Everyone here is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. As a new patient, I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They had a great selection of glasses to chose from. Cannot say enough good things about this office and the team that works here!!

This was my first visit at Pinnacle and it far exceeded my expectations. I spoke with Dr. King-Smith when I originally called to schedule my appointment and he was very helpful and kind. I felt welcomed by Hannah and Kyle as soon as I walked in, and Doc was very thorough, asking questions about my previous treatment and explaining everything he was checking during the exam. My prescription and eye health history makes me a more challenging patient, but I never felt like an inconvenience or rushed. The team also made sure to confirm with my new insurance regarding what is covered prior to ordering my lenses, something they could have asked me to do, but they took ownership and that was very helpful. The office is beautiful and has a warm/open feel, very different from your typical optometrist office. I already booked an appt for my partner and set up my next annual visit. I highly recommend this practice.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I left here feeling so good about my experience that I had to. Everyone is so warm! They make you feel so welcome like they have known you for years. Dr. King-Smith is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you in a way that no other eye doctor has done in my experience. This was honestly the best eye doctor experience I’ve had. Dr. Nick and staff is amazing. Always super friendly and helpful. Dr. Nick is very knowledgeable and always open to questions. Kyle can get you into a pair of glasses that will make you feel amazing. Hannah is always smiling and helpful. So happy I found this office! Bonus office dog Max makes the visit extra special.

I was referred by Insurance company and was able to get an appointment right away. The entire staff made this the best medical appointment I’ve ever had! They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and all with a genuine friendliness. The Doctor has top notch medical equipment and was very thorough yet efficient. What made him stand out above all others I’ve been to is that he achieved all that yet still took the time to introduce himself, provide a little about himself and then asked about me and what my goals were for my corrective vision!! Highly recommend!
