Its an awsome placevto work out. I dont feel pressure from anyone. The staff is friendly. You can be yourself there. And i see everyone wipeing down the equipment after use.

Clean. Not crowded. That being said, THEY KEEP IT SO HOT!!!! Why is it always so hot inside the gym area?! 70-75 degrees is too hot for a gym!

Its clean people r respectful! I love a small town feeling when going to a business & they make me feel at home. They know me & my husband & if I walk in to meet him there they let me know whether he has already entered or not. They also greet me when I walk in by saying hello and using my name. I love it!
