Just getting started but I'll say that Tawny is so full of energy and such a real person. It's contagious

My experience during this first week at Troy Anytime fitness location has been beyond what I expected. I definitely got a sense that they care about my health, and that I reach my goals. This is what was the deal breaker for me. Feeling like I had the push and support I needed. They are also very knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, the 3 trainers I’ve had, Jeffrey, Maddie and Marie have taken several college level courses and have or are in the process of getting degrees in the health sciences.
Another thing is for years I’ve been conscientious about what I put in my body but never taken that real step to physically work muscles that haven’t been worked in so many years lol. In the past year I have had a rib slip in and out of place several times. So, my thinking is, I’d rather gain strength in areas that are causing me so much grief, pay the money for a gym membership/trainer than be in and out of chiropractor 1-2 times a week for possibly a very long time.
I am hopeful that I will progress as well as the others I have seen this past week that are finishing up their 6 week challenge. I encourage anyone that is like me to just come in and take that first step!:). I am most surprised by the level of energy I had right away!

This has been the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The staff and community is so welcoming and supportive to one another. It makes achieving your fitness goals all that much easier with a great community like anytime fitness!

The Anytime Fitness personnel are so nice to talk to and they make sure they deliver the optimal service to their clients. I also noticed the gym to be always clean and tidy.
It feels good whenever I go to this gym, it's just like exercising in your own home... cozy and not crowded.
