Precision Dent Repair

I brought Shawn a car that had been parked by a walnut tree. A storm came through and blew nuts all over my car. Had like 15 dents in it. Shawn did a wonderful job fixing it. As a result I had him work on 3 more of my cars that had misc dents from door dings etc. My kids both had their windows tinted as well with WTS. They both did a great job on the cars. I had one car fixed a couple years ago in Northern Columbus and it was much more expensive. Would not hesitate to take my car to Shawn again. Thanks Shawn!!

Are you kidding me? Wow!! Let me start by saying that I'm one of those person's who is a fanatic about his car. So, when heavy metal frame for a gazing ball fell from overhead in my garage storage area onto the top of my gorgeous, precious Lexus, I was physically ill about it. I called Precision Dent repair and talked to Shawn. Drove over there later that day and got some discouraging news. Shawn said that it couldn't have happened at a worse location. Right above the door jamb on the roof of the car on the driver's side. I was devastated. Shawn said it would be a challenging repair to make and that he would do his absolute best to try to restore it to the original look prior to the damage. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and Shawn called me around noon on Thursday. When I arrived I was shocked. There was absolutely no way you could even tell that there had ever been any kind of damage to the area in question. I mean I am a perfectionist and the work was totally flawless. Perfect! I was so impressed, plus the cost was incredibly reasonable. I'm 72 years old. I remember when customer service used to matter. People took pride in their work and appreciated your business. Precision Dent Repair is that company. Bravo! My only complaint was, Shawn wouldn't teach me that trick of his, how he walked on water! Sincerely, Joseph Knapik
