I spoke with a rep, on the phone. She was quite informative.
However, they do not accept the Silver Sneakers plan for seniors. So, I'll be looking elsewhere.

Very friendly staff!
My first time at this location and it was a great experience. I met a couple of the coaches and they made me feel like part of the family. I worked out this time with coach Zaria and she's great. I even forgot my vitals tracker and coach Jen hooked me up with a loaner just as class was about to start! I'll be back a few times each month because I'm all over the place with my work. Right now I have 5 different studios that I rotate thru and it's a blessing to have these options.

Update: January 2023...
Coach Jen is still awesome every single time I workout with her. She has a great eye and catches you if you're using the wrong technique on a particular exercise... Which is something I love!
I recommend this place and wish my schedule would allow me to come more often! 💯

It's a different type if workout compared to just going to the gym. It's a positive and comfortable environment that allows you to push yourself at the level your comfortable with. The workouts can be challenging but it definitely gets results.

Amazing coaches at this location! They genuinely care about you personally along with your fitness goals. I have been a member since 2019 and I'll never be able to call another studio home quite like OTF Canal!

Amazing environment for finding the lost part of yourself, it’s the extra push you need to be someone better. Great supportive team and always there to offer support, give advice and help you achieve your dreams. The hard part is making through the door but once inside (especially the Canal Winchester location) the best supportive team you could ask for is there to help you through the workout you truly need. The workout that delivers results. Go there and try your first free workout, seriously. Awesome place, I wish I would’ve known about it sooner.
