Rainbow had installed it for the previous owners in 1995, and we continued to use their maintenance and repair services after we bought the house. Rainbow worked with us to de-install the old unit and retrofit the new one (after I did some minor carpentry). They kept us updated when supply chain issues arose, and worked out an exchange with the supplier to accommodate us. The team that did the onsite work was amazing; no damage at at to a highly-landscaped area, the deck work, or the new spa. It's great to have Rick and his family answer the phone when you call, too. Love working with a local small business. Rainbow is fantastic!

I ordered a replacement Spa Pack online for my hotub and this store was amazing with helping me try to get it installed on my own and let me call with any questions I had. Unfortunately with the cold weather I couldn’t get it installed in time but I’m planning to have them come and finish installing it once the weather is better. Thanks everyone at rainbow for trying to help me!
