Crystal is great. She is very communicative, and accommodating. The blankets always look great. My horse isn't rough on her blankets so she hasn't had to fix any of mine, but she is passionate about her job and always strives to make her customers happy.

Raising the Bar did just that. I had some blankets that were broken and REALLY dirty. They offered to pick them up or have me drop the off. They were so easy to work with and once done they looked like new. Very affordable cost as well. I will definitely be using them in the future.
