Restoration disconnected the sewer drain that kept backing up and installed my new sump pump. The pump works great and my basement did not back up with the snow melting and heavy rains this year. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the cement due to the product used. Nick came out to look at it and Jacob returned the next day to fix up. Jacob is definitely one of the most respectful, courteous and hardworking guys around. He went over and beyond, wiping down the contents of the basement and mopping the floor. I'm glad I chose Restoration and appreciate their commitment to quality service. I will definitely recommend them and call on them again should I have plumbing needs.
