I purchased a very clean,beautiful one owner low mileage 2010 Impala LT from Rick's in August 2021. I've owned 2 brand new vehicles in the past, but to me the Impala from Rick's is the best car I've ever had. Heather and I have something in common. Heather is my daughter's name as well as my grandson's Mom. Carfax ad on my cell brought my attention to the vehicle in Reynoldsburg and I was all in. Before driving away with the Impala LT, I thanked Heather and Rick for the most rewarding and satisfying vehicle experience in my life.

First I want to say thank you to Heather and family. I was selling my home and moving to New York. Couldn’t get the car until after my home sold it didn’t take long. Heather made sure the car was in top-notch even put it in the garage for me until I could come in and buy it. Yes I bought the 1995 Chevrolet Camaro and I could not be happier. Over 300 miles from Reynoldsburg Ohio to Buffalo New York that car did not miss a beat not one problem. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a nice vehicle. Heather and Rick are fantastic! They run a great car lot with a variety of quality cars. Beyond that they worked with me to make sure I was able to drive away in a safe, reliable, well running and clean Chrysler Town and Country Touring Mini-van for me and my family. I will definitely be heading back when my oldest turns 16 in 2 yrs (yikes)

Spent a day at around 22 used car dealerships and seen 100ds of cars. I pulled in this place and soon as I talked to them I felt comfortable buying from them. Everything was to the point and no bull. They told me what they had in the price I wanted and let me test drive. The car I got is really amazing and clean, runs like a champ and was worth the money. I got the sense of straight shooters and I will be stopping by when I go to buy another car. Thanks

Best used car lot ever!!! Got a great deal on a really nice car. Rick and his wife were 2 of the nicest people I have ever met. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and good running used car. If I could give 10 stars I would!!
