Perhaps used 3 to 4 times over the years I've had my prescriptions at sams in Hilliard
. Doctors have always spent the proper time and were always caring and detailed during exam.. Glasses were priced competitive, fit and ordering was normal. Highly satisfied.

I can not tell you how awesome the whole crew at the optical department is! I have been going to different places for over 20 years and never have I been to a place with such caring, hardworking people. The doctor was great, I haven’t seen this well for a long time! I was at an airport recently and I was watching the flights on the screen looking for me and wife’s plane and I was amazed on how far out I was seeing without squinting. My wife even made the comment “ how can you read that?!?”
I order a years worth of contacts then picked out a set of frames and the gentleman that fits you had me try them on and checked to see the fit. You could tell he wasn’t just trying to sell me the most expensive frames and lenses. They all seemed to have a lot of experience and made the whole process pleasant! Plus if you do have to wait for them to get done with a customer you can just go around and shop! Even just watching how the crew there worked with other customers you could tell they care and it wasn’t just me having a good experience! I don’t normally write reviews but I had to give a shout out to them! Thank you guys and I look forward to my next appointment!
