Just like our service experience 13 years ago when Seiter Services were just getting started, once again they provided excellent service from the scheduling to the installation, repair and clean up. Jerry and Rick did a great job installing our new softener, water heater, and pressure reducing valve, in addition to replacing failed copper pipes with pex tubing and finally chasing down a plumbing leak. Thanks to Chris Seiter on the initial contact, to Dana for scheduling, and Chris L. for the diagnosis. Great company to work and interface with. Very much appreciated!!

I am a first time customer of Seiter Services and so happy with choosing them to be my service provider and installer of a new furnace. Sorry to say I was not prepared to have no heat Christmas Eve, but Seiter sent one of their technicians to my house with portable heaters to keep me warm until they could work on my furnace. Road conditions were deplorable and that is a step way beyond which I will never forget and am so appreciative. My furnace had been neglected and Robbie, the technician educated me on "preventative maintenance" measures that I could take in the future in caring properly for my furnace, which is definitely going to be taken quite seriously with the new furnace and thermostat that he installed. He is such a professional, patient in answering all the questions that I have and definitely shows pride in his work. Seiter should be very proud in having him as part of the Seiter team. Erica and Chris in the office were genuine and caring to work in the ease of financing the project. I look forward to a continued relationship with such a fine crew in the service industry. On a day that temperatures were -4 and lower, our heater stopped working. I actually had ice on the inside of the front door!! Temps in the house were low 40s and in spite of how crazy-busy the Seiter crew was ( and how dangerous driving conditions were!), they came to my home and got my heating working again. I already was a Seiter customer and have been very happy with their quality work and professionalism but today's response was outstanding! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Former Southtown installed our HVAC system in 2005. We've done the annual maintenance plan ever since. Now known as Seiter Services, they been great in every way. We love technician Jacob and highly recommend him!
