He restored it to its beautiful original color in just a few minutes. It looks brand new! You totally blessed me. Thank you so very much!!!

(April 9, 2022, 3:25 pm)I went into Shaw & Son this morning with a bent prong on my engagement ring. They fixed it immediately, cleaned it and handed it back to me without charging me. I was fully expecting them to take it for a few weeks to fix or at least charge me for their services. I was taken back and almost cried, they have no idea how much that impacted me!
