Todd & Gideon were amazing. They took such great care of us and mom. We learned through this experience the big difference between family run funeral homes and corporate run. With Snyder, you talk to a real person and not an answering service. They always responded promptly whether it was a phone call or email. We even had to make a few edits to mom’s obituary after we submitted it and they were so kind and patient to make all the changes on the phone. Gideon took the time to make sure her obituary looked nice for posting which was so appreciated. They printed a beautiful photo of her for the visitation. The video of her ran smoothly during the visitation. At a time of grieving and stress, they thought of all the details so we didn’t have to. It was such a gift. Gideon thought of things we didn’t and that is exactly what you want with a funeral home. He was also so wonderful to answer all our questions and he handled the visitation and graveside burial so well. We are so grateful. We held the funeral in Florida so dealing with him in Ohio for the burial was so easy. We knew we were in great hands. I just can’t say enough about Snyder. We highly recommend them! Thanks to Snyder, I know exactly what I am looking for in a funeral home (hopefully, not any time soon though!).
