Dr. Jesse at SPP has been awesome to work with! I contacted Dr. Jesse a few months ago looking to improve my mobility and overall fitness as a competitive equestrian and I was paired with an awesome trainer that created a personalized training program to help me achieve my goals and was very impressed with the results I started to notice just after a few sessions.
I also had been experiencing migraines and after talking with Dr. Jesse, determined dry needling would be a great treatment option and I was blown away by the amount of information I received about how I would be treated, why I was getting those migraines and how the dry needling worked to target the specific muscles in my neck.
When my goals shifted after the first program was completed, I had another conversation with Dr. Jesse and again was incredibly impressed with the support and encouragement I received in regards to my new goals. I can’t say enough good things about how I have felt so supported and encouraged through my fitness journey so far and know that I made the right choice with SPP. Tons of equipment (that I’m being taught how to use properly and why) and just an overall great atmosphere. Love SPP!

I came to Dr. Jesse for help with lower back pain and sciatica. I have been dealing with these issues for years and tried chiropractic and pain management but after months of being in pain daily I was fed up and seeking a long term solution. Dr. Jesse was very thorough and attentive in my evaluation and came up with a personalized treatment and training plan to address my specific issues. I started to feel relief right away and after working with Jesse for a couple months I feel much stronger and like I am on the right path to the long term solution I was seeking. The gym is clean, roomy, and has a great selection of equipment in a welcoming environment. I would recommend Dr. Jesse and Superior Performance & Physiotherapy to anyone struggling with pain or just seeking a high quality local gym.

I was on the hunt for a “iron sharpens iron” type gym. I walked in and was greeted by Dr Jesse. He was in the process of buying this gym out, himself. As soon as he was explaining to me what his goals were for the place, I joined immediately. Jesse has done nothing short of keeping his word to reach his goals and then some. He did a little TLC to the building, and bought several thousands of dollars worth of brand new equipment, to make this place feel even “more like home” to me. It’s open 24/7 which works out perfectly for my schedule. Jesse would give you the shirt off of his back. That’s just who he is. This place is friendly, and I’ve met some really nice people here.
Further down the road, Dr Jesse shared with me that he was partnering with ElevateMD, located in Oakley. I loved hearing this bc this means that opens up more doors for him. I never had to utilize his set of skills, until last week. I woke up and I couldn’t turn my neck one way. I told Jesse THE DAY OF, and he told me to meet him in his office. He adjusted me, and did some dry needling. Which I highly recommend 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you for that Jesse! Can’t wait to see where this road takes you, best wishes!!

Dr. Jesse is great. He is honest and simply wants to help his clients enjoy a pain-free life. I am a daily runner who typically logs 50-60 miles a week. I had a serious hamstring strain that wouldn’t allow me to get out and train. Dr. Jesse performed some dry needling on me. It has helped tremendously! I noticed immediate pain reduction as soon as I got off of the table. I am hoping to be back out and training in the very near future! I would highly recommend him if you are struggling with pain and/or unable to do what you love.

I have been going to this gym for some time now and every time I go, I am greeted with warm smiles and waves. The community of this gym is awesome and so is Jesse. He always makes time to talk to you and make you feel welcome and included. Jesse also has great communication with you and will keep you posted about payments and he will make sure you understand them. #sppfamily💪
