I stopped by this TA travel center repair shop to get my trailer tire fixed. It took a while for them to get me in the shop, possibly due to their high workload or lack of mechanics. However, once I got in, things didn't go as planned.

Despite clearly stating which tire needed to be fixed multiple times, I discovered the next morning that they had changed the wrong tire. This was a frustrating and costly mistake, as I had to get yet another new tire, which would have cost me another $700.

However, the shop manager handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and took responsibility for the mistake. He replaced the tire for free and made sure that I left satisfied. I really appreciate his efforts, and he definitely made my day.

While I was disappointed with the initial mistake, the manager's response and willingness to make things right restored my confidence in this repair shop. I'll definitely be back because I know that even if they mess up, they will find a way to work things out.

Great TA shop. Can’t say that about many of them but everyone from the lady at the counter to the gentleman that fixed my truck was great. He got right to fixing it and didn’t waste any time. Can’t say thank you enough

Great stop on way to Cleveland. huge parking lot and have car washing center. It has burger King,Popeye and Starbucks coffee eatery and all them were operational and following covid guide line. Restroom were clean.It also has shopping centre.
