Erica Ferguson has been so helpful in getting my mother-in-law’s hearing aids straightened out & finally enjoying the ability to communicate better with the whole family.
Erica is very patient & truly interested in improving my mother-in-law’s life.
The reception has always been very helpful too.

My mother goes here every 2 months and everyone has been exceptionally patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a hearing issue, they are excellent.

Miss Erica took great care of my Great Uncle when he was having difficulty hearing. She took the time to address all of our questions. You can tell how much she cares about each patient that comes into the building. I recommend everyone who has difficulty hearing to get a hearing test with her!

I have had great care. Got new hearing aides and i love them. Erica has been great to work with.
