Very friendly and affordable. Does a great job when laying the carpet or flooring. Does everything they can to satisfy the customers. Very knowledgeable of knowing what customers are looking for.
The Carpet Shoppe has the best selection of every type of flooring available, combined with personal, professional, knowledgeable, and expert service and installation. You won't get this kind of service and personal attention from a big box store. So glad to have found this place to replace all of our downstairs flooring that was damaged by a flood.

i was headed to Lowes when I passed the carpet shoppe. I thought perhaps they could have what I needed. The service was great, and the selection ranged from contractor grade, mid range , to high end material. I recommend trying the shoppe to anyone needing flooring.
