My 16 year old son lost the only key to his car. I called the business and spoke with Joel. He’s also the owner. He showed up on time and I asked him if my son can watch since he likes to know how everything works. Joel was glad a teenager was interested. Joel was awesome with my son. He answered all my son’s questions and encouraged him to look into getting in the industry. I highly recommend The Locksmith Shop in Wooster. Best part is if, if you can’t go to them, they go to you.

Joel was very polite and professional. He was able to reprogram and cut my 2019 Nissan Altima keys within 30 minutes. The pricing was good and all parts of the required process were transparent and communicated prior to completing the work. Excellent service!

They can make you a car key cheaper than the dealer of good quality. They do so many key and lock related items. Have amazing customer service. A+ place.

The Locksmith Shop saved our vacation! After arriving at our destination, we realized that we left the rooftop cargo carrier keys at home - 5 hours away! The Locksmith shop was able to make us a new set of keys. The staff was nice and professional. 100% recommend!!!
