I love the MAX challenge of Westerville. It is a fun motivating environment! Maria and the staff are terrific! they show and explain how to do each exercise.

The Max is a wonderful community. I’m encouraged at each workout to be my best self. The instructors are so supportive and helpful! Come be a part of this awesome community!

I love The Max Challenge of Westerville. I was looking for structure, and something that would hold me accountable. So not only did I get those things, but I've gained friends, and support....and I now love getting up at 5am and working out with my team! Thank you Max Family, I'm loving this new stage of my life where my health & well-being is priority!

Ugh, exercise is just the worst, isn’t it? You’re too old for all that, too far out of shape. You get up in the morning and everything pops and cracks and aches. I mean, sure, you know you should be a little more active but who has the time?? Besides, gym/diet culture is totally toxic and you don’t need a bunch of annoyingly peppy 20-somethings in spandex to make you feel bad about yourself, do you?

I get it. I really do.

And then, I finally gave in and gave it a try. Just one free class, mostly so that my friend who was a member would stop pestering me about it. Just as I expected, it was hard. But what I didn’t expect was that I’d want more of it.

The MAX Challenge is unlike any other program you’ve ever seen or tried. It isn’t just a fitness program, it isn’t just a nutrition program, it is both of those things and SO MUCH MORE. The “more” is what makes it special. I’m in Week 6 of my 10 week challenge and already know that I’ll be continuing after that. Maria, owner and one of the coaches, is relentlessly genuine, encouraging, and supportive. She loves her job, she loves her members, and it shows. That same energy is evident in the other coaches, and it is infectious. Am I losing weight and feeling better? Yup, definitely. But more importantly, my entire sense of self and my outlook on life is changing.

The only regret I have is not giving it a try sooner. Don’t be like Jake. Just try it.

The MAX challenge has been life changing for me. I’ve learned so much about nutrition from the amazing coaches. I always feel so welcome whenever I walk into colas or concert on zoom. The coaches always greet me by name and genuinely care about me. My first 10 week challenge I lost 14 pounds! I’m looking forward to continuing my health journey!
