    All the staff has been amazing with each visit. The wait has never been long. Stephanie is amazing! I was seeing Dr.Simon who was also great but I just felt I was better fit with Stephanie and there were no hard feelings. The girls at the front desk always helpful. The nurses have always been patient with my many questions. Very helpful!

    I’ve been a patient here for a long time. Currently with Dr. Simon and Elizabeth Wang. Both have been attentive, listen, understand hesitancy I have due to past mis treatment and dismissive attitudes by other doctors. Dr. Simon is spot on. I appreciate how he thoroughly reads my chart and shows concern over past experiences yet still tries to gently push me to have necessary exams and scans and tests. One day I think he will win;) I can be stubborn :I .. but, he gets that.
    There is an on-site lab which is very convenient for any blood draws/ urinalysis one may need.
    My experience with staff has always been great. Zero issues. Ever. Everyone there has been kind, understanding and helpful. In person and over the phone. Recently, I’ve seen Stephanie and she is great too.
    Exam rooms are pretty normal size, not very big, always clean.
    The waiting area has gone through a recent upgrade, is much better than the rows of hard chairs, there are still hard chairs if that is better for you, and also gives more distance from other patients waiting. Has a nice, open feel. In all my years here I’ve never waited more than 10–15min. Thankful for this med group.

    I went for an annual exam and had a great experience. Scheduled the appointment online, and was in and out in 45 min including the blood work.
    The office was well organized and Dr. Fattal had great chairside manners. I got the lab results by the end of the day!

    Been seeing Dr. Fattal for several years now. Best decision I've made. Friendly staff, clean office, respectful of patients' time. I refer my friends and family to his office and know several others that feel the same way about this office and doctors.
