Austin in the Salon is literally the greatest! I have gone to him multiple times over this year and the last, and he is always so knowledgeable and he turns my curls into works of art! I will never go to another stylist, he knows what will match your face and structure and will give you the most complimenting style every time! 🧡

This review is for my experience with Austin over in the salon specifically. I recently got my hair done by a different stylist and they unfortunately completely botched the cut & color. I happened to stop by Ulta right after this had happened and ended up having a quick consult with Austin. He made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, his energetic personality and extended knowledge made me feel at ease. We booked an appointment a few days later and he completely brought my hair back to life and I couldn't be happier. I officially have found my forever stylist-book with him and you won't be disappointed!

I am a very busy woman and had not had my hair done in over 6 months. I was also in need of a new stylist, which gave me great anxiety. My hair was severely damaged from over highlighting. Austin sat me in his chair and took his time explaining what we needed to do. My hair looked AMAZING when Austin finished. It looked so fresh and natural. He is a master if his craft.
