When i checked in almost 2 years ago, I met Marvin. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable and is a wonderful face for your company.
Closing my storage area today brought me inside to the same man, same experience!

Incredible experience over here with Marvin. Have been helped so much and been treated very fairly. Highly recommend this place for great space and great prices. They will guide you through the whole process if it's your first time, and are very clear and honest about everything. Hit them up!!

My storage space here was very clean very neat and very professional it was also climate controlled and had awesome roll up doors on it. The people here are super nice to deal with and will help you with any questions you have. People like Marvin Sutton give this place a great name. He is a pleasant individual to deal with and very knowledgeable about extra space storage. We have kept our pride n joy here in storage safe n dry with no problems at all.

Went here on Monday (2/13/2023) for the rookie adult skate. It was wonderful. The staff were super nice, the floor was fun, and the music was actually done by a live DJ. Even though I had not been skating in a while the environment was inviting and the place made me feel comfortable. Best place in Columbus to skate in my opinion.

I couldn't find the unit early morning this Sunday (02/05/2023) when I arrived, while my phone almost out of battery. I made a call and the representative of Extra Space was so considerate, told me that she would manage to get me helped. Soon, Marvin called and guided me to find the location of my reserved unit smoothly. Marvin even came thereafter to see if I could make it. I much appreciate the Extra Space staff, especially Marvin for their help!

Party was great and the hostess helped with anything we needed. We forgot candles and she provided them for free. We wish we could have chosen a few more songs as the music wasn’t always appropriate for small kids. Our party girl did get to chose one song. Kids all left tired and happy.

Marvin was extremely helpful. Very informative and made this a quick & easy process. I rather talk to people in person than setting up for things like this online. I do suggest making a reservation and then setting up a time to meet with Marvin in store.

We had my daughter's 10 birthday here yesterday and it was perfect! The party host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The kids had a blast and the pizza was pretty good. Definitely have your kid's party here!
