Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros Wooster

I went to this tire shop to have 2 tires mounted on the rims. I was helping a single mother out. I wasn't sure of the hours and showed up 10 minutes before they closed. This gentleman could have easily turned me away but instead choose to help me. His service was professional. He was detailed in his work meaning no short cuts. More than just professional though this gentleman was friendly, kind, and helpful. For me I will take all my business to this tire shop. I would recommend you seriously give this shop a visit. People in this day and age that treat you with professional, kind, and friendly service deserve to be supported and Vans tire is one of these businesses.

Customer service reps were extremely friendly and let me know ahead of time that credit cards added an extra 3% convenience fee. They seemed genuinely excited to help find deals for me and help me save money as a whole. The did a great job accommodating me.

Edit: Once again, customer service went out of their way. They helped resolve a price issue. I am changing from a 4/5 to 5/5.

there was a technician his name is Chucky.. he helped me out with my vehicle I definitely recommend going to this place !! you walk in it's a friendly atmosphere!! the workers are very nice very upbeat and friendly and very knowledgeable!! They Truly will help you out as much as they can!! I definitely recommend this place compared to anyone else especially when tires. Other places aren't really as friendly and they'll tell you lies. I honestly would encourage anyone go to this place!

Van’s Auto Service & Tire (old 300 tire) has taken care of our vehicles tires, maintenance and repairs for longer than I recall. We’ve always been treated exceptionally, hence our long term relationship. Lisa, in particular, has been a very reliable, knowledgeable service manager whose expertise has helped guide decisions regarding our small fleet of family vehicles. Simply put, they’ve always done top quality work very reasonably priced. Thanks Lisa (& all).

2days ago.(I would NOT recommend getting a mount and balance job. Inexperienced and careless. Every single rim of mine was gashed beyond repair. I will never go back or refer anyone ever!) TODAY..I would have never expected a company to reach out to a customer in away that Van's Auto did, to make things right. They far exceeded my expectations and some. Not only did they waste no time fixing the issue with my rims they also generously offered me $100 off my next service. Thank you Van's Auto and the kind staff. Here are some pictures of my rims after being repaired.
