We used Vision Realty for selling our investment property. We worked with Don Payne Jr . We came into the market at a time when the interest rates were going up and buyers were not showing lot of interest. Don Payne Jr explained about the market and what we could do to gain action on the property. He did not give up with the showings. He kept on marketing the property. Vision Realty was great! We worked with a great realtor in Donald Payne Jr. and he was always flexible with availability whether it was him showing us a house or Ms. Terri showing the house. Donald made this experience a lot better with the type of market we faced. While being persistent and keeping a positive outlook, he found our “diamond in the rough” home, pointed out a great representative at a lender company, and made more great calls while in the process of closing. Being a black owned company, the people we worked with felt like family, which made this experience easier given the outside circumstances. I will definitely recommend this company and Donald Payne Jr. to anyone looking for their home!
