Volunteers of America is the best thrift store I've encountered. It's always crowded and the prices are very reasonable - always 3 different colored tickets are on sale. 75% off, 50% off, 25% off. A lot of people are from the East Side of Cleveland or even further - Menonites from Holmes county come here often. Very good selection of clothes and home items or outdoor items. Their bathroom is always very clean.

I love that place but am disappointed that they put the shoes all over on top of the aisles because if you're shopping for shoes you have to go all over the store to look at them

My favorite place to shop!! They still have decent prices for a reseller to flip! The girl at cash register gave me an Umbrella to use because it was pouring rain and my windows were down she also help me read what type of jewelry I was looking at she was so sweet!!! The guy that sometimes works the register today he was putting away products is really sweet and helpful to

Don't Ever Change! You are perfect just the way you are!!! I am not buying any brand new clothing or shoes for the whole year in 2022, and I LOVE this thrift store. The quality and quantity of shoes is unmatched at any area thrift stores. There is a great mix of new and vintage clothes of all sizes, and everything is organized more by color and type and not by size. but there is something for everyone, this weekend I shopped and I saw just as many 00 jeans as I did 3X and 4X, so they have prioritized having all sizes. Their prices are extremely fair and almost all clothes, even name brand recent clothes, are priced very very low. Only about 10% of items are priced higher due to being name brand or higher dollar. And there are plenty of name brand perfect condition options priced at 2-3 buck as well.
