Mike S. was AWESOME! He took excellent care of me. Because of him and Voss Toyota, I was able to get a beautiful Civic that I’m absolutely in love with. They were able to get me a great deal on my trade-in and my financing options were awesome. I’ve been to a few dealerships to shop for cars and they weren’t able to get me nearly as good as a deal as Voss. Before my car left the lot, they made sure it was in perfect condition. Starting with Thomas Downs in sales, reserving a car and waiting for it to come in was a breeze, kept us up to date and delivered exactly as promised.
