Waffle House

We went through the drive thru about 6 pm tonight. The gentleman in the drive thru (the only one working) was excellent! I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. This was THE messiest mess of a wrap I've ever had. 12 napkins later, I got through half of it and had to throw the rest away. That being said, their Buffalo chicken tasted great. Fries were hot and fresh, but the service was perfect. He was working his a$$ off and was friendly and upbeat through it all, waiting on others as well.

Got there right around bar closing time or shortly after and was seated right away. Our order was taken quickly and food was good. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Due to proximity, I frequently order carry out through the Arby's website, then pick up in the drive through.

When the female manager is on duty, everything is immaculate.

When she's not, there are some minor annoyances. For example, multiple times, I've ordered a milkshake and been told the machine was down, or similar. Additionally, they will occasionally mix up which drink is medium and large, which isn't a big deal typically, but I often get a large lemonade and a medium soda, so having the two swapped, I only get enough lemonade to take two gulps. Hehe.

Lastly, two different times, I've ordered a cheddar bacon roast beef, without red sauce/Arby's sauce, and both times have received it with the sauce.

But, in spite of those shortcomings, they do a decent job.

Had a great breakfast here March 19 2023. Everything was exactly what a Canadian wants in a Waffle House Sammi was a fantastic server. If we ever get to Troy again we will surely stop to eat there.

Jessie is a very attentive and sweet! Always great to see her. Sometimes my bacon is forgotten but I understand how food service can be and everyone is always gracious and kind in regards to that. great location!
