I had my car serviced at Car X in Kettering today. I’m a lady and I’m always feel like people take advantage of me when it comes to my car repairs and prices. Nick made me feel so comfortable he took good care of me I will never go anywhere else to have my car serviced. You can’t count on him to treat you right and make you feel like family. This was the best experience I have had for a long time. Nick went over and above what I expected. I was overdue for a total brake job...he took me home... promised a completion the same day... and then picked me up at my house. I would give him 5+ stars every time !!! Great job fellas.... This is what service is about !!!

As a woman, it’s difficult to find an honest, auto care provider, to service my vehicle. Especially driving an older car. However, that changed today. Thank you to Nick for taking great care of my car and finding what the issue was with my brakes. I appreciate that he immediately wanted to find what the issue was while I waited in the lobby. It was a great experience and with his expertise and knowledge, I will make sure he always takes care of my car. Just as my friend who goes to Car-X recommended Nick, I will be recommending him to my friends, as well.

Had an exhaust system installed on my station wagon. Darell did an amazing job on it. He worked literally all day on it. Even stayed after close to finish it up. While I waited in the waiting room every customer that came in was treated with respect and kindness by the techs.
