(August 20, 2021, 12:52 pm)Honestly one of the most professional impatient people I have ever met. The staff was very helpful and actually knew how to fix my problems unlike the branch in Portsmouth. He even knew how to do things that were on the phone itself and not the Verizon plan which speaks miles about how professional these guys are.

While at Verizon we were welcomed as soon as we entered. Kayla was very helpful making our upgrade and purchases in a timely manner and at a price we were surprised to get. She was a joy to work with. If you ever need a phone from Verizon be sure to look her up.
