I used to live in Savannah, Ohio near Ashland, OH and attended Ashland College, now Ashland University. WaterSoft was in business at that time and had a reputable reputation. I moved to Virginia, following 28 years of service in the Marine Corps and the development where we live had terrible water, both sediment and other impurities including Hard water. I had both a water Softener and pre filter installed to correct the problem. All have been working fine, maintenance free for over 25 years until recently. I had to replace the Head on the Pre-filter and changed the media in the unit to correct the water PH on a NEW DRILLED WELL. The Water Softener is original and is still performing perfectly. I strongly recommend water soft to anyone in need of water purification!
