The units are cleaned before tenants move in. Tenants break contracts all the time and then blame Woodys U Lock It. If you want to move out that's fine just follow the contact rules and give a 10 days notice prior to moving out. If you move out first then call us and tell us you have moved out that's not a 10 day notice. Several tenants receive the deposit back it's so issues when following the contact policy. That contract is set in motion to protect our tenants and our selfs from this type of situation.
