Working Horse Tack

I previously posted a negative review I deleted. I mistakenly misread the email they forwarded about delivery times. I must apologize for my post. I received the product I ordered. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the leather and craftsmanship. It’s thick leather and looks great. I enthusiastically endorse Working Horse Tack. I hope I didn’t cause any harm to the companies reputation and will be purchasing more tack in the near future.

Great Service, Price and Quality!

I was expecting leather harness (my bad for not reading the VERY CLEAR information on the biothane material). However, the material seems very easy to clean, it looks like it will not bunch up or lose its shape. I think if it does not get left outside to get sun damage, it might last a very long time. It is very beautiful! I got the spotted style, and it looks lovely on my patient little Gypsy Vanner. But the best thing about this company is their customer service. When I did not order a crucial part to the harness, not realizing it came separately, Marlin directed me to the menu where I could order the part and waived shipping costs AND made sure it would arrive in the same finish as the rest of my harness. Thank you, Marlin!
